Terms & Conditions – Spend and Win Promotion

• The promotion runs from 21 April to 10 May 2025 at Ibn Battuta Mall.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
• Each entry requires a minimum spend of AED 200 in a single transaction at stores.
• Employees of Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Holding, Dubai Holding Asset Management, participating retailers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• The draw is open to UAE residents only; tourists are not eligible to participate.
• Eligible shoppers must submit their receipts at the Customer Service Desk within 24 hours of the purchase date.
• One entry per AED 200 spent. Multiple entries allowed for higher spends (e.g., AED 400 = 2 entries).
• No receipts accumulation or carry-over allowed during the campaign duration.
• One e-token will be issued for every AED 200 spent in a single transaction.
• Register your receipts at the nearest Customer Service Desk or with the promoters on ground.
• Winners will be selected through a random daily draw and contacted via phone or email.
• A participant can only win once.
• One winner will be selected daily until the end of the campaign and announced on Ibn Battuta’s social media pages.
• Each daily winner will receive a family holiday package for 4 to a selected destination.
• The package includes flights and hotel accommodation for 4 nights and 5 days for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids under 12) to one of the selected destinations: China, India, or Egypt. Additional expenses (e.g., upgrades, visas, insurance, meals) are not covered.
• The prize is valid from 10 May 2025 until 30 November 2025 (low seasons only). It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
• The value of the holiday is AED 12,000. Winners selecting dates outside the low season will bear additional costs.
• Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
• Winners must be available to travel between 10 May and 30 November 2025.
• Winners agree to the use of their photographs for publicity, PR, and social media purposes.
• Management has the right to announce the winner’s name on media channels chosen by Dubai Holding Asset Management, Ibn Battuta Mall, and Dubai Economy & Tourism Department.
• A valid Emirates ID or Passport and other required documents must be presented to claim the prize.
• The mall reserves the right to verify receipts and disqualify any fraudulent or tampered entries.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
