Hang Challenge
• Participants need to show a receipt of min AED 50 of any shop/outlet in the mall of the same day to take part in the game.
• Time starts when both hands are on the bar and feet not touching on the floor.
• No help/support is allowed when hanging on the bar and will result in disqualification
• Time stops as soon as hands are released from the bar or feet off the floor
• All participants will get a freebie and one participant with the longest hang will win a Nakheel Malls Gift Voucher worth AED 1500
• The winner will be contacted on the number provided within 48 hours.
• Fitness First, Ibn Battuta and any other organisers will not be held responsible for any injury during the challenge
Snakes & Ladders
• Participants need to show a receipt of min AED 50 of any shop/outlet in the mall of the same day to take part in the game.
• This game is played by 2 prayers at a given time
• Each player stands on the space that says, 'start here'.
• Each player should roll one die to see who gets the highest number. Whoever rolls the highest number gets to take the first turn. After the first player takes a turn, the second will take a turn. Play continues in a circle going left
- If both players roll the same number, and it is the highest number rolled, each of those people roll the die an additional time to see who gets to go first.
• As long as you keep rolling sixes, you can keep moving
• Climb up ladders - If you land at the bottom of a ladder, you will move up to the top of the ladder.
• Slide down snakes - If you land on the head of a snake, you must slide down to the bottom of the snake.
• The first player to get to the space that has 'Fitness First logo' is the winner.
• Game needs to finish in 10mins otherwise which ever player is ahead in the game will be announced as a winner
• All exercises will be exemplified by instructor and explained before it starts
• Instructor will teach and correct each exercise
• All participants will get a Freebie and the winners will be put into a lucky draw and get a chance to Win NOVO Cinemas 7 Stars tickets.
• The lucky winner will be contacted on the number provided.
